Upcoming Exhibitions
Sten A Olsson Culture Scholarship 2020
We look forward to opening the exhibition when the museum can open again. The artists Carl Hammoud, Hanna Järlehed and Martin Solymar, are this year’s recipients of the Sten A Olsson Culture Scholarships in art and form. The exhibition shows several works by each artist, of which the majority have been newly produced and will be seen by the public for the first time.
The Canon: Perspectives on Swedish Art Historiography
This new research project investigates how a canon of Swedish art history was created and how it has been transformed.
In connection with the project, a track through the collection display has been created to illuminate the collection in the light of the perspectives discussed in the research project.
